We’re living in a crazy time. A virus has completely brought the world to it’s knees, and countries around the world are requiring their citizens to stay indoors and avoid going out.

With that being said, the Be Mindful. Be Human team is here to help you.

We’ve created a number of recipes that are designed to boost your immune system and stay strong while we all weather this storm.

Here’s what we recommend:

Orange Lime Ginger Blast – packed with Vitamin C and tastes great!

Tortilla Soup – packed with stuff that’s great for you and is also a great immunity booster

Ultimate Pea Soup – this is incredibly hearty, tastes great and is packed with good stuff! (It’s also really easy to make.)

Tofu Wakame Ginger Soup – another great dish that’s packed with flavor and loaded with ginger (a magic substance that improves your immune and cardiovascular systems.)

Salmon BLT – Salmon is an incredibly nutritious fish and this sandwich is incredibly easy to make and tastes unbelievable!

Thyme Lemonade – Easy to make. Tastes great and is packed with immune boosting lemon and thyme.

Chicken Jerky – you may have some time on your hands. This chicken jerky is bursting with flavor and is very handy to have around as a tasty snack. Good project to do with kids.
