Greek Week 2016: Greek Potatoes

C – Anthony Bourdain, you’ve done it again!

I’ve watched your Greek Isles episode and it made my mouth water to the extent of having to figure out how to make something. You kept on going on and on about these Greek potatoes. I had to … just HAD TO figure out how to make them myself.

Lucky for me … and maybe for you … it was easy to find a good recipe.

Although, there were a lot of questionable ones out there. Some consisted of salad dressing that was then baked. Odd and not quite what I was looking for.

I can see why you liked these potatoes so much. They are easy to make and super delicious. Honestly, what’s not to like? Creamy, yet crispy, potatoes full of salty garlicy herby goodness.

Addicting. Really addicting.

Anthony Bourdain, I will look forward to other recommendations.

I know there are lots of them I will need to research and try making.
