Baby Back Pork Ribs

C — OH, BABY!

My favorite cut of pork is on sale. BABY BACK.RIBS. Seriously, its going to get crazy here. Jim won’t know what hit him. There is something about baby back ribs that I love. Meat on the bone makes it even more flavorful. The easiness of taking the meat off the bone when eating. The easiness of cutting in between the meat and the bone.

I have this crazy idea of using bacon fat in it some how. It might be illegal. If it isn’t, it should be. It’s that good.
